Two ways to reach the Green team — Discord is fastest for setup help; email works for everything else.
Discord (fastest)
Join the yewscripts Discord at discord.gg/gpc. This is where the team and community live: setup help, patch-day updates, and general questions usually get an answer within minutes during active hours. If you're stuck on the one-time Zen Studio setup, the team will walk you through it — including hopping on a call for tricky cases.
For business inquiries, billing questions, refund requests, privacy requests, or anything you'd rather not post publicly, email biz@yew.gg. We aim to reply within one business day.
Before you write
- Download issues after purchase — sign in at yewscripts.com with the same account you used at checkout; the script downloader is at yewscripts.com/download.
- Common questions (bans, setup difficulty, updates, requirements) are answered in the FAQ on the homepage.
- Billing is handled by Whop — receipts and payment methods live in your Whop account.
